Beyond their identical twin status, Rachel and Kim Saunders share a deep friendship, united in their determination to raise their children as a cohesive unit. This ambition materialized in July as they welcomed their firstborns.
Though their pregnancies didn’t align precisely in terms of timing, fate seemed to intervene when both Rachel and Kim began their labor concurrently. Crew Philip Crawford was born on July 9 at 1:28 a.m., closely followed by William Trip Saunders Soule on July 8 at 11:27 p.m. These boys, steadfast companions since six months of age, are preparing for a special joint birthday celebration.
The extraordinary tale of these Minnesota twins has captured public attention, garnering an impressive 282,000 followers and 65,000 million likes on TikTok. Intrigued by their remarkable resemblance, some speculated whether Rachel and Kim’s partners were also twins, potentially accounting for the boys’ biological similarity.
Addressing the speculation, the sisters clarified that Rachel and Kim didn’t marry twins and their respective spouses were not related in that manner. However, the intention to synchronize their parenthood journey was evident. 
“We knew we wanted a baby at the same time, and we ended up having it in the same month,” they shared. In a heartwarming video, the twins can be seen dancing together at the hospital, donning matching pink hospital gowns, just before their deliveries.
