The fact that its colours aren’t quite correct doesn’t, however, imply that it is any less attractive than other birds from Latin America.
The contrast between the blue, grey, and white on the azure-headed tanager is actually quite beautiful to observe.
They are indigenous to Brazil, preferring the “ubtroical or troрical moist lowland foret” there. This is especially true of eastern Brazil’s Atlantic Foret.
